- Returns management: We rigorously monitor anomalies and undelivered or misdirected mail with a view to adapting and improving processes and reducing the risk of error as much as possible.
- Administrative support: Our qualified staff will provide you with administrative support to relieve your teams and allow them to concentrate on their core activities.
We offer flexible services and can support you on a permanent basis or meet more temporary replacement needs.

Improve mail tracking and archiving with the help of digitalisation
As well as managing and distributing correspondence, our teams can help you to dematerialise document flows. We can place staff with expertise in the areas of document scanning, digitalisation and archiving at your disposal.
Your mail will be systematically scanned, filed and archived if required. Our staff are trained to use your own tools to digitise and index your documents, making them easier for you to find and access. The digitised document can then be forwarded to its recipient and tracked to confirm that it has been received. Doing so helps us to speed up exchanges.
Our team will ensure that your archives are secure and in accordance with current regulations – in particular the Luxembourg law on electronic archiving.

Authorisation as support PFS from the CSSF: a guarantee of quality

This status enables us to meet the requirements of players in the financial sector, assuring them that all quality and confidentiality requirements regarding information will be met.
